Love the way the D12 Hexploring is laid out. Using the three columns to toss the italicized special events at the bottom really highlights them; in a way that could easily get lost in a list of 12 that could have remained unremarkable.

Brilliant! Thank you very much. Could you please explain to me what the two Sparks boards are and how to use them? Do I roll a die for each to get the start of the adventure?

For sure!

Spark Tables help answer open questions and inspire tone and mood.

For example: you encounter a village in the swamp and want to know what it's like. Roll 2d20 to generate 2 sparks that detail the village and inspire your next move.

"Surreal" and "Abandoned"

From there, return to the oracle or take the next logical step for your character.

I like to use them before the adventure too, so I have a general theme to explore.
