Totally valid. I think for some they would be. Others might choose them to honor them similar to our cultures (e.g. Jesus, Krishna, Mohamed , etc.)
Sounds like we need more in a table though - I'll add more! I could add some historical events too, maybe - a table of events that contextualizes witch and crusader relations? Or a calendar?
Thank you for making this! I love softly defined settings like this for solo. I’ve already filled like 10 pages of my notebook with explorations of Wenderweald!
For the factions stuff, consider maybe a simple faction activities table like this? (Put this together last night for my Zothia project):
I’d love to see some basic faction stuff, like how the Crusaders, Witches, and Wenderwealders interact.
Also some tables of character/npc names.
I think some of those elements are covered in issue 1: factions on pages 5-8 and names on page 19.
I can certainly add more though. No shortage of atrocities and famous folk in the Wendeweald.
Ah interesting, I had interpreted the name lists on pg 19 as sacred/profane names in the setting, ie, not names average people would have.

Okay - I'm up and running now...thank you!
